About Natalia
Relationships are at the heart of everything. Our relationship with others, and our relationship with ourselves. When those connections feel strained, everything else in life feels harder too. If you're here because something in your relationships isn't working, I want you to know that wanting better is the first step toward getting it.
I'm passionate about helping couples and individuals build the connections they deserve. Whether you're working through conflict with a partner, navigating a separation, struggling with intimacy, or trying to understand why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, I'm here to help you see things clearly and move forward.
Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in cycles they can't seem to break. The same arguments, the same misunderstandings, the same feeling of not being heard. Together, we'll explore what's driving those cycles and find new ways to communicate, connect, and show up for each other.
What you can expect in our sessions: - A culturally sensitive, non-judgmental space where every part of your identity is welcome - Practical tools for better communication and conflict resolution - Exploration of attachment patterns and how they shape your relationships - Support in rebuilding trust, with others and with yourself
I bring warmth, honesty, and a deep belief that every relationship can grow when both people are willing to do the work. If you're ready to start that process, I'm here.

What is it like working with you?
I'm empathetic, direct, and culturally aware. I'll ask the questions that matter and help you see your situation from new angles. I also bring genuine warmth to every session. Therapy should feel safe, not sterile.
What do you like most about being a therapist?
Watching couples have breakthroughs. That moment when two people finally hear each other, really hear each other, after weeks of talking past each other. It never gets old. It's the reason I love this work.
How do you take care of your own mental health?
Dancing, spending time outdoors, and being honest with myself about what I need. I've learned that taking care of myself isn't selfish. It's what allows me to show up fully for the people I work with.
What drew you to this field?
I grew up watching the people around me struggle with communication in their relationships. So much pain came from not knowing how to express what they actually needed. I wanted to help people bridge that gap, to find the words for the things that feel impossible to say.
What's one thing you wish more people knew about therapy?
That couples therapy isn't a last resort. So many people come in when things are already at a breaking point. But the best time to start is when you first notice something feels off. The earlier you address it, the easier it is to repair.
